FOR AI, ML, DATA AND SOFTWARE ENGINEERS

Apply once and get introduced to companies that fit.

Free, always. A recruiter reads every application, usually within a day. Companies see an anonymous card, and only the ones you accept get your contact details.

  1. Your account
  2. Your details and CV

Create your account

Then your details and CV. About as long as one job application.

Free for talent. Your contact details are only shared when you accept an introduction.

WHO SEES WHAT

You decide who gets your contact details.

  1. Browsing: Your anonymous card

Companies see your current job title, seniority, skills, city, work preference, availability, years of experience and salary range, plus your intro, our one-line summary of you and your first career answer. No name, no CV, no contact details. You can hide your salary, and your photo only shows if you add one.

  2. Unlocked: Your full profile

Only companies our team has approved can unlock you. They see your name, CV and full profile, and your recruiter report if you have one. Your dashboard counts every unlock.

Leave your phone and email off your CV if you want them shared only after you accept.

  3. Introduced: Only if you say yes

When a company asks to meet you, you see who it is, the role and any note it adds. Accept, and it gets your email, phone and LinkedIn and a chat opens. Decline, or let 14 days pass, and its access to your profile closes.

Our team may also send your anonymous card to a company we think fits, by private link, leaving out the companies you've blocked.

AFTER YOU APPLY

A recruiter reads every application, usually within a day.

Not a keyword filter. Not a score. A person reads it and decides, and not everyone gets in. If we say no, we tell you, and a person reads every reply.

  1. Apply
Your account, then your details and CV. About as long as one job application.
  2. A recruiter reads it
If something is unclear, we email you a question. You hear back either way.
  3. Go live
Confirm your email, and your anonymous card goes live as soon as you're accepted. Add your intro and career answers from your dashboard to give companies more to read.
  4. Introductions
When a company asks to meet you, you get an email with its name and the role, and 14 days to decide.

Two tiers. Both are free.

  • A 30 to 45 minute call about what you've built and what you want next
  • We write your recruiter report
  • Your card carries the hiCalibre mark

What the report covers:

  • A one-line snapshot
  • From our call

WHAT YOU CONTROL

You control who sees your card and who you meet.

  • See who's looking

Views, previews and unlocks on your dashboard, and the name of every company that asks to meet you.

  • Pause any time

Your card disappears from the marketplace at once. Companies that already unlocked you keep that access.

  • Hide your salary

Keep your salary range off your anonymous card.

  • Block companies

Your current employer included. Add them when you apply, and change the list later from your dashboard.

  • Decline any introduction

With or without a reason. The company only sees the reason you choose to give.

  • Make the first move

Raise your hand on open roles. Our team checks the fit before anything is passed on.

The short answers
Does it cost me anything?
No. hiCalibre is free for talent, always: applying, getting vetted, being discovered and every introduction. Companies pay to unlock profiles, and nothing comes out of your salary.
How long does review take?
A recruiter reads every application, usually within a day. If something is unclear, we email you a question. You hear back either way.
Who can see my profile?
Companies see an anonymous card: no name, no CV, no contact details. Companies our team has approved can unlock your name, CV and full profile. Your email, phone and LinkedIn are only shared when you accept an introduction.
Can my current employer see me?
Block them and they can't find your card on the marketplace. Add their website, for example acme.com, when you apply, or later from your dashboard. Our team also leaves blocked companies out when it shares anonymous cards.
Do I see who wants to meet me, and for which role?
Yes. Every introduction request shows the company's name, what it does and the role, plus any note it adds. Then you decide.
What happens if I decline or don't answer?
The company's access to your profile closes, and it only sees the reason you choose to give, if any. Requests you don't answer close by themselves after 14 days.
What happens on the hiCalibre call?
A conversation with our team, usually 30 to 45 minutes, about what you've built and what you want next. We then write your recruiter report, and your card carries the hiCalibre mark.
What if I'm not accepted?
We tell you by email, and a person reads every reply.
Can I go for a specific role myself?
Yes. Once you're live, raise your hand on any open role. Our team checks the fit first and only passes it on when we think it will land. You hear back either way.
Can I pause or delete my profile?
Pause any time from your dashboard and your card disappears from the marketplace at once. Companies that already unlocked you keep that access. To delete your account and data, email privacy@hicalibre.io.
Can recruitment agencies unlock my profile?
Yes. Agencies sign up like any company, and our team approves every company before it can unlock anyone. You always see who is asking before you accept, and you can block any company.
